Cancellation terms

Cancelled within 48 hours of booking, 14 or more days before arrival	Full refund
Cancelled 7 or more days before arrival	50% refund
Cancelled within 7 days of arrival	No refund

Applicable taxes and processing fees may be deducted where required.

Date changes

Modifications are accommodated where availability permits, though cannot be guaranteed. A change of dates may affect your rate, subject to seasonal pricing and minimum stay requirements.

After check-in

No refund, credit, or compensation is available once a stay has commenced — including for early departure, delayed arrival, or any revision to travel plans.

Casa Etérea is a natural environment, and guests arrive in full knowledge of that. Wind, dust, insects, wildlife, volcanic stone roads, seasonal weather, and the particular silence of altitude are not defects — they are the place itself. No circumstance arising from the landscape or its conditions constitutes grounds for a claim.

Force majeure

Should extraordinary events prevent us from honouring a reservation — among them natural disaster, severe weather, wildfire, government restriction, epidemic, or extended utility failure — any refund, credit, or rebooking will be offered solely at the discretion of Casa Etérea.

Third-party bookings

Reservations made through external platforms are additionally governed by the terms of those providers, presented at the moment of booking.
